Mitrais is hiring Java Superstars. We have offices in Bandung, Yogyakarta and Bali, with some developers working from Australia, Vietnam and Jakarta as well. You don’t have to be in the office every day, but as we work in Agile Teams it is important to see your face regularly!. Demand is growing for Javacript, Java skills and Android development. Mitrais is in a unique position to offer all of our developers intensive Bootcamps for up-skilling in the latest Java technology stacks (such as SpringBoot, Groovy, Grails, JooG/Google Guice), plus Javascript technology stacks (such as Angular, React, node.js), and a host of other leading-edge technologies. If you would be interested in moving out of the Big City, then you can choose to be based in either our Bali, Bandung or Yogyakarta offices, and we will offer full relocation packages.

Best-in-class Human Capital Management
For more than 18 years Mitrais has been committed to the development of the proprietary Mitrais Competency Management System (M-CMS). It enables us to define and manage 443 technical competencies and 79 job family competencies, driving competitiveness and certainty of outcomes for our clients. M-CMS is linked to a Learning Management System using Moodle with 283 Learning Offerings. Mitrais also has a stringent recruitment process with a hiring rate of 5.6% (2018).
Integrated Engagement Model
The Mitrais engagement model has 3 successive steps: Estimate with Accuracy, Engage with Flexibility, Close & Learn. Estimation is backed up by M-CMS system auto-generated inputs. Timesheet and Project Management uses Microsoft Project Server and is integrated with our own SONIC system. Depending on the client's requirement, Mitrais uses either Waterfall (RUP - Rational Unified Process) or Agile (SCRUM development cycle). Estimation and modelling for software development is supported by Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect.
Partnerships
Mitrais is a member of the Microsoft Partner Network with a Gold Application Development competency, which represents the highest level of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies. We have a close working relationship with Microsoft.
Together with Sparx Systems and their tool Enterprise Architect, Mitrais can serve our clients better through a more efficient software development processes.
Through our history with Mincom, we are the oldest partner of ABB Enterprise Software. We are a business partner for the sale of their mining software in ASEAN. We also have partnered with Precision Mining for their haulage and scheduling software and Classic for their SME ERP, designed for smaller mines.
For Medical Software we have partnered with Ksatria for their Hospital Products, K-MS Finance, K-MS PAS (Patient Administration System), K-MS HIS (Hospital Information System) and K-MS Industrial (this includes all of the other modules plus additional features to cover employee environmental health).
Mitrais is actively looking for other products in the mining or health space or indeed to open up other markets in the APAC region.
